Thread: Which respirator to use?

I would like to thank all who gave input; Glen, Steve, Benjamin, janivar123, ZMKA, Brad, aragornelessar86, logistics and Claytor. I have decided on the North 770030 Medium Silicone Half Mask Respirator. Glen I also got 10 extra N95 Filters. I chose this one because after putting in this post I found out my Brother-in-Law had this same mask. I tried it on and it sealed well and actually felt pretty good on my head. Now hopefully this continuous hacking will cease! Thanks again!

let me flip through the respitory protection here at the shop and i can find you a good one.. is it the dust your worried about or are you trying to stop any vapors from chemicals as well? right now im using a half mask for dumping activated charcoal, alum, and lime its a 3M 6200DD and when i was using a full face and a half mask for fuel tanks ill have to look them up and see what they were but the 6200DD works really well and its a simple design
