Thanked: 199CarrieM uses Waterlox Marine Finish to waterproof scales. She says you can pick it up at Woodcraft.com. It's a little pricy, but I'm sure it goes a LONG way.

Do you guys think I would be better off just using POLY instead. I cant believe minwax and forsby has no tung oil in it. What is the point.
