I'm being facetious, of course, but would anybody like some bone scales?

Wouldn't mind using human bones when restoring knives or razors, but would be real man's xmas present for dogs

Honestly, that would be really cool. I mean you are already using a 'cutthroat' razor. You could even use it as a conversation piece...
"Yah I had the handle on this here razor made out of a bone from the last guy that tried to shave with it... Such a shame about Larry eh? He will be missed... well his arm will be anyway if they ever dig him up. Heh."
Combine that with say a dubl duck reaper and you would have a real winner, lol... Man I really want one now...
Any restorers willing to work with human bone?

Instead of a "Wade & Butcher" you'd have a "Burke & Hare".

This is sooo macabre, but might be an interesting idea. Hmm...which razor? A Grim Reaper perhaps?

I was trying to make up my mind and was ready to buy the humerus and then decided there was nothing funny about it!

I know for .... almost sure that I've seen a thread a long time ago with a razor that was indeed scaled with human bone. I did a search but no cigar.

Yes, I was thinking a Dubl Duck grim reaper would be perfect. But then I saw a wade and butcher 'mad razor' and thought that looked especially vicious.
I think the best bones to use would be joints, such as fingers or toes. You can stick a bunch of them together, so you would have something that really screamed that it was made from bones.

Ebay, sells human bones, otherwise. I wouldn't pollute this fine forum with such artifacts. But, selling human bone scaled razors on ebay, to unique collectors, might have a market.

LOL! You could even invert a skull and hold a couple of razors in it or shaving bowl! Wow, I just felt not-so-sure about this idea. Suddenly seems disrespectful.

Every time I would shave with it, I'd just be totally creeped out. Btw, if you've never seen the body exhibit (a traveling museum exhibit of real humans taxidermied in various stages of removal, to see tendons, blood vessels, etc) you don't know what creepy is!

On the other hand, that one serial killer had lampshades made with human skin...
