    Default 00 washers

    Hw do I get the 00 washers to fit on the 1/16th rod i got the flat washers from microfasteners 00 size but i cant seem to get them to fit over the rod is there a different 00 washer

    If you've cut the rod with anything but very, very sharp flush cutters (or filed the rod down a lot) it will have flared out enough to keep the washer from slipping on. A little bit of filing around the outside edge seems to help.

    Wrong washer canadajt. #0 is the correct size for 1/16.
