Re pinning advice
Hi all. This is my first post so here goes. Has anyone found size 0 brass washers and micro fastners available in Europe? Alternatively, if anyone has ordered from the US and would be willing to sell a few on, let me know. Cheers.

You can order them from microscrews.nl, a Dutch webstore. The sizes are all in metric though. Surely there's a store in the UK that sells these as well.

Thanked: 45I am not quite sure what size 00 is.
I have found i quite useful in UK to look at hobby shops but you will have to look at ba sizes a bolt for a 1.6mm hole is a 11ba but i have not been able to find these so have used 10ba which is 1.75mm hole or 12ba which is for 1.4mm hole.
If you google ba sizes you should find a chart showing sizes. As the sizes above are from memory but there is a few people who sell these in UK.

A lot of guys are getting their materials through hobby shops. If you haven't done so yet, try looking for a store like that. Model trains I think use some of the same washers and rods.
If you find one, post it here - maybe someone can add it to the sticky for our tea-drinking friends?

Thanks all! I have just received a selection of miniature brass fixings in the post from a very kind member of this forum, so for now I'm all set.
