    Default New Drill Press

I thought about posting this in the Show & Tell forum but I knew you guys would appreciate it more.
Just aquired this drill press from a garage sale for $40! and that includes the small vice that goes with it.
This is going to make scale making quicker, until now I've been using the drill press at work, but I usually do that sort of thing on the weekend so it will save a trip to work on a Sunday.
Just need a band saw now... Has Power Tool Aquisition Disorder been invented yet?

Good deal Baldy - Is that a reciprocating drill press? I have one that looks amazingly like yours that I bought at a household auction for the same price as you paid (including an identical vise)! Maybe we're living in some sort of parallel universe in different hemispheres.

The drill press looks very beefy with big castings, it looks like a nice tool. There are a world of things you can do with a drill press, have fun.

That looks a lot like my Dad's drill press, too. I think they must have made a bunch of these guys.

Have fun putting holes in stuff!
