What exactly is CA
I keep seeing CA in posts in the workshop, what exactly is CA and how exactly do you finish wood scales with it.

Cannonfodder did a good thread about using epoxy resin as a scale finish, and he did say its a lot easier to put on than CA as well.

And I always thought CA was short for California...
When done properly a CA finish can be truly nice looking but you need lots of patience sanding and layering + the fumes are killing so you better always wear a mask and goggles of some kind.
