Clear Scales
I have a couple of Dubl Ducks with trashed scales and I like the look of the clear scales I've seen on a couple of them. Does anyone know where to get a set or is there someone around willing to make me a set or two? Of course, I'd be willing to pay for them, but at this point, I haven't progressed to scale making just yet...
Post here or send me a PM.
Thanks!

You should ask Nenad aka superfly he made gorgeous plexiglass scales for his Satinedge.
There is an old post in this forum but Jeff aka threeputt was hosting the pictures and the links are no longer available.

Yep, Nenad makes a mean plexiglass scale. Highly recommended.

Wow, Nenad, those are pretty impressive looking.
I have a stehlo with the red see-through scales. But they don't have the neat little detailing at the bottom, either - or is that just my eyes playing tricks on me? Hrm... at second glance, I can't really tell.

Nothing fancy there, just plain water-clear plexyglass (acrylic?). They do look nice, considering they are transparent
Nice way to show fancy blade...

Trying To Imagine
Let's assume most would generally agree that such majestic simplicity needs no ornamentation, but just for the sake of argument, how would you adorn a set of scales like that?
