new vise, with classy swivel base
Here is my new vise for razors. I reshaped the tops of the jaws, and cut off the built in anvil to make for more clearance. The classy mount is a bowling ball, section of pvc pipe and some water hose. I am pretty happy with the way the water hose grips the ball.

The bowling ball swivel is not an original idea, I am just adapting it to my needs.

Back in the day I had a black U-dot and a red hammer for strikes and a blue hammer for picking up spares. Gave up bowling when I hurt my knee really bad but it was fun.
