Default Sambar stag looks surprisingly good on the larger razors!

Here's one I did for a fellow in Texas. It turned out surprisingly nice. I thought Sambar stag was "OK", but it can work very well.

Nice look. Stag and a lip-lopper is a good combination.

Lip-Lopper, LOL... and as I always tell people who shave with these - wear at least a bath towel around your waist when you shave in case that big hunk of steel slips out of the hands, if you know what I mean.

I don't think the stag would work all that well with smaller stuff.

If that slips out of your hand, I doubt towel will be of any good... Nice work, though.

    Robert,
Those are beautiful scales. Nice look with a big blade. Good job.

    Heh, Good point, Nenad.

Great scales though. That's a classic look right there, and raising the bar on it a little it looks like.

Now that's a manly looking razor. I agree a towel wouldn't help . But I once again assert "No towel needed"

Well, when you can go back to the lab for "more parts", that makes sense!

Beatiful scales. You are inspiring me to experiment with other materials. I've only worked with wood so far.

I definitely have much more work ahead of me.

Something about the material and that big blade spells the word MAN.
