Hello,
I want to make a replica of scale and shank for my 7 days vintage set. For that I need know how the original look like. I saw same similar razor sets in Internet. One shank of them was made from three parts but dont know how working the blade lock.
Do have somebody some similar razor(s) with removable blades? Also I would like to know detaila of pins. Some picture or scheme can help me.
Thanks.

Thanked: 85If it's an American brand, you could try searching through Google Patents. If you are lucky enough to find it, the patents usually have pictures and explanations of the mechanisms.

Thanked: 3164Here is a similar item.
I expect a toolmaking place could make the shank for you - it obviously is made in sections to accomodate the spring mechanism that snaps in place over the stub of the blade. Probably pricey though!
