    Default Polishing Micarta

    Hi
Can anybody advise the best type of polish to use on micarta?
Is it ok to use metal polish like mass etc.
Sorry if this question has been asked before.

I've used green and white compound on the buffing wheels, just like steel, and it came out nice and shiny.

Just make sure to sand it until super smooth first so that there are no scratches to get in the way of your polishing.

home made stuff often times is best wet down with superglue as it will lock the fuzz and you can then continue sanding and then buff
