PSA Sanding kit for a UK Dremel
hey guys, has anyone in the UK ordered a PSA Sanding kit from Vladsch?
The reason I ask is because im sure all our parts are metric, having read the posts about the kit i am quite interested in purchasing one if he is still making them.
I need to look closely at my dremel as I have the one with the flexi-shaft on it and obviously the standard kit with it is quite basic.
Basically im not sure about my dremel and not being old enough to remember inches being the standard measurement i cant convert.
Look forward to any replies you guys give me...

Thanked: 1The 3/32 is 2.38mm and the 1/8 is 3.175mm. Pick the closest collet to those sizes and they will work. Collets are somewhat flexible for accomodating different shaft sizes.

Thanks Bill, im glad you posted a reply because when it comes to converting i have only a rough idea about sizes because i am also interested in a few of the discs you have as i think that the dremel ones i have are maybe a little difficult to use and having tried a little on one of the razors i have ( an old one, but a good one , well i think so) im afraid to damage the edge as they are more like brushes and I havent yest tried my hand at honing plus I havent bought a stone yet. I dare say that when i return home from the rig in 2 weeks you ll be hearing from me for bits and pieces i may need or benifit from...hopefully i will hear about getting one of those kits for my dremel..
thanks again

Hi Coully,
I replied to your PSA Kit request by e-mail. As for the metric issue, should not be a problem if your dremel has a chuck. All new models do. The older ones have a collet and this one needs to be matched a bit better.
One kit went to Australia so I see no issues.
For conversion an inch is 25.4 mm.
