Thanked: 324Moose antler meat chopper
This near-mint Wade and Butcher blade was never honed and is in as pristine condition as any I've seen. The handles, however, were shot, so I fashioned a new set out of moose antler. It takes a high shine, is smooth and silky in the hand and has a nice character.

That sure is a sweety Robert. Moose you say? What did you do with the rest of him? I bet she shaves like a demon too.

Thanked: 324The meat choppers shave superbly. They're among my favorite shavers and this one is definitely not an exception. I've still got a wee bit of antler left. This came from a shed antler that is around 3 feet from one end to another. There were only two tines that were useful since the rest were either too short for scales or had rodent damage. But there's still a whole lot of useful antler left. I think I'll be doing more with this. The scales look and feel great. Thanks!
