Is there a list of people who do razor restorations on the board?

the Member services section of the classifieds has several people that are listed for restoration services Member Services - Straight Razor Place Classifieds. Other than that I would say take a swing through the Custom Builts and Restoration forum and take a look at some the the razors that have been restored and send a pm to the member to see if they do restorations for others.

You might post a pic of the razors you want to restore and ask someone to contact you via PM for restoration information...then you could research them by their work...

I suppose that can be done in the WTB section if the Classifieds, but certainly not on the forum.

It also depends on what you want done in the restoration... Is it just polishing/buffing the blade? Is it buffing and honing? does the razor need a Rescale? A lot of people do original restorations (using the scales it came in), but only a handfull do restoration and rescales...

    Food for thought
