How much Greaseless compound do I put on the wheel, and How long do I let it dry before using? Thank You

Put on enough to color the wheel. Over time with several applications, more will accumulate. Ideally, you let it dry for a few hours or overnight. You can use it sooner if you apply it to one wheel and have it running while you are using the other wheel. If you do that, you can use it in 10-15 minutes. You always can use it sooner, but it won't last as long if its not fully dry.

The best approach is to always re-apply it when you are done using it so that it's good to go the next time.
