    Default How to peen with high washers?

    So I've got a CV Heljestrand here(damn that RAD) and the pivot is really swirly. However, the washers are higher than the pin. Is it possible to peen this by hand?

    Or do I need a special tool or technique?

    Just start lightly tapping. It should tighten up. Done many a razor with similar washers.
