Default Got My Bench Pin and Anvil In Today

from Shor International. Think I paid $31.50 for it and an extra pin. (Their shipping charges are criminal...the anvil and both pins were only about $18) Worth every penny, though.

I'm new to the whole restoration thing. Could you show a picture?

That's pretty neat. Pardon my ignorance but what would you use it for?

It makes a very convenient place upon which to place your razors while sanding, or "Dremeling" them. You can use the anvil to set pins, or tighten loose ones, the pin is replaceable and sandable, so you always have a flat place upon which to place your blade, thus protecting the edge (and your fingers). It's moveable and very portable. They can be fitted with several different kinds of pins, for different work, such as ring making/sizing/polishing, etc.
