Default shaved with the boker today

Thanks all for the responses and compliments. I'm glad to know I got a good deal.

I shaved with it today. Sink shave since my whiskers aren't as soft usually. My routine is to wet my face and wash it with glycerin soap, while it's dripping wet I'll strop the razor. I did 30 per side linen and 50 per side leather. Then I lathered up with the Van Der Hagen from Walgreens.

I was really pleased with how smooth the shave was. I keept a close 20 degree angle or so and it slid right over my face, zero pull, snipping those whiskers off like . . . . Well like a very sharp razor . I didn't even have to do a 2nd pass. I'm getting excited. I think I've gotten better at my honing skills.

I'm going to try to talk Lynn into giving it a test run so he can give me his opinion on my honing skills.

Van Der Hagen cup soap from Walgreens, Man this soap is really nice, it lathered up really nicely in the scuttle, the soap maintained moisture for a good amount of time. I was able to carefully and slowly shave.
