Thread: Spining

I am wondering if there is a wiki for spining or if there is a thread on how to do it. If I am correct it is something you can do with a file? I would like to know what kind of file you have to use or can use, and how you get symmetry and even spining jobs. Any information would be greatly appreciated and I will be practicing alot, I just need to know some stuff so im not starting from scratch with no knowledge, thank you.

If you are referring to the decorative work sometimes found on the spine of a razor or knife the common term for it is filework. If you do a search for that term I think you will find a fair amount of information. There are probably more threads on the various knifemaker forums than on the razor forums.
