    Default Blade problems?

I got my hands on a set of blades and some of them have these... odd marks I guess would be the best word for it.

If you look on the bottom of the blade, to the left where the barber's notch is, and there's a small squiggle on the right. Does anyone know what that is, or better yet is there any way to get it out? Thank you in advance.

Looks to me someone may have played with a dremel. They may have removed some rust, check for pitting. The dremel scratches might not be too deep, try some steel wool 0000 first and see if that will remove it.

+1. That looks like the carbide dremel wheel. 220 grit wet/dry sandpaper will take that out, but then your left sanding all the way up the grits. You'll end up with a shiny razor though!
