Not yet, Gary, but I'm looking forward to it - I've never used a stainless or a 7/8 so it should be interesting (as well as the chance to admire your handiwork as well, of course.)

I have a special case for all my 8/8 henckels that is padded and dehumidified...I will take extra special good care of it...
