    Default Bug Bites

    Gentlemen,
I have a couple razors with varying degrees of bug bites in the horn scales that I want to plug. I'm thinking of using JB weld or PC10 since their grey color should blend with the horn color. Are there other materials I should consider?

I think when you start sanding you will find that the horn is either Black or very very Dark Brown... There might have been some Grey out there but I haven't found any "Yet"
I use Brownell's Acra-bed which comes in Black or Brown... but any colored epoxy should do fine... I am of course assuming you are going to sand these down smooth...
Also Neat's Foot oil works wonders on them but only use it after you have done the repairs...
