Refreshed my Case Red Imp 133
This is my most recent antique store find. I still want to repaint the white inside the scale etching and then after I hone out some minuscule chips, she'll be ready for use.
Before:
After I straightened and cleaned the scales, repinned (first time tackling that task), and did a quick once over with some 1500 grit paper and flitz polish. I kind of liked the worn look so the shank, tang, and spine were left with some tarnish and the scales weren't sanded down (I really wanted to keep what was left of the stamp). I thought the way the makers mark became shadowed/highlighted was cool.

Nicely done!
It now looks very much useable, but with a lovely patina.
