I had been using a jeweler's screwdriver to tighten the microfasteners when doing mockups, but after having the darn thing slip out of the screw's slot for about the hundredth time I turned to a SE blade. I contemplated using it while still having an edge on it, decided I valued my fingerprints, and filed the edge down past the bevel. After having done this, I now have a nice wide edge (I use the side of the SE blade, not where the actual blade was) that doesn't slip out of the screw. I guess a strip of electrical tape could be folded over the now dull edge if one is worried about still getting cut, but the filed edge can't even cut through blue shop-towel with a good amount of pressure, so I feel safe anyway.
