    Default ok... 2nd effort..

was bored at work again *(see a pattern anyone?... lol)

found another sacrificial file *(this one was made in china so i will probably get radiation poisoning from it) and locked myself in my workshop and did this in ~1 hour......

this was where i stopped... propped it up sexily against my tool box *(i love stainless steel) and snapped this...

got out of bed today and started polishing.... and polishing... then i polished some more....

then i broke out the water stones and gave her a quick hone up...... the observant ones in the crowd will see the tip has been reshaped... i ran the temper out of the very tip so i just removed it ...... here she is waiting for the first shave.... *(which was a stunning success....)..

i will be selling most of my razors and only keeping just a few that i feel shave well.... but the majority of the shaving duties here at the house will be done by the 2 i have made with my own 2 grubby paws.......

    Cool

Looks like you're having fun with the left overs from work. Make sure you find a supply of old files or work will wonder where all their new ones are going

Another great example of recycling - obviously having fun with shaping a new direction for your shaving.

Don't do anything you wouldn't want to explain to the paramedics!

Back when I was a mechanic, we didn't do anything nearly as ornate when we were bored. Mostly blew stuff up and/or set it on fire.
