    Default New scales I made

    I like that you contoured them. Very nice work!

    Congrats. Looks like they would feel nice to hold also. I'll admit I am also a sucker for contoured, rounded edges.

    Huge +1, the squared edges is something anyone can do...but he time involved with the rounded/contoured edges shows the attention to detail.

    Thanks for the words of encouragement! I made a Lucite blade to help "model" the handles I make. Here's the walnut one with the fake blade, it helps get a feel for what the whole razor would look like.

    I hadn't thought of the added skill required for contoured edges 'til reading DC's comment. 'Makes sense. My XL-sized paws have gravitated to more squared/chambered edges, but your contoured edges are handsome. Where are you going for your decorated washers?

    This will sound humorous but Hobbie Lobbie in the jewelry section. It took a while but I found beads that fit my 1/16 brass rods perfectly and had the looks I wanted.
