    Default Yet another handsanding device

    Hi all

Here is another hand sanding device it is a 15mm pipe insulation tube (don’t know the size in inches) I got it from the local DIY store and opened it up then fed the sanding paper into it. I have shown it with a razor under it to show how it gets very close to the hollow ground blade for sanding.

I know that there are several different ways of doing this I just find this one easy for me as the tube is quite large and easy to hold. I was getting cramp in my hand using the other ways ie. Sponge and pipe. Don’t know if this will help anyone just thought that I would share.

Nice, you could even slide your finger into the hole and try it that way.

Pretty much anything you can wrap your sandpaper around can work depending the application or desired sanding need. I have a few of those insulation pipes laying around in several dimensions that work great for getting in awkward spots.
