1.5 horse 1,100 CFM air flow with 4 inch ducting. Don’t use flex hose, you lose a lot of suction in flex hose. Use smooth PVC and make sure to ground it.

Thanks Cannonfodder, I'm still on the hunt on craigslist for one. On a couple woodworking forums I checked out people were speaking well of the Harbor Freight 2HP model after replacing the bag filter with a better one, but I've always been a little suspect of HF power tools anyway. I guess people have maybe had as many problems with Dewalt or Bosch, but HF prices always seem to good to be true.
