Where can I find clear scale material and how hard is it to rescale a razor?

First place to start the journey is right here in this part of the forum in the red thread at the top

    http://straightrazorpalace.com/works...wers-here.html

There are even some links in there to suppliers, beside all the info on how to do it including Vids

Clear and smoked acrylic is some of the easiest to find in most locals you might even look at "Clipboards" hehehe they can work

Thanks! I guess it would help if I looked around a bit. This is a lot to take in!

Most local hardware stores and glass shops will have clear and tinted acrylics as well. Enjoy the journey!

I've got some .110" plexiglas in ~1.5"x 10" strips if you want a couple, PM me your mailing address.

that goes for anyone, I've got enough to make 11 sets of scales.

I got a heap of clear acrylic from a mate of mine who is a signwriter and off-cuts from the local markets in different colours.
Hang on and enjoy the ride...

I catch myself looking at "stuff" no matter where I am wondering if it would make a good set of scales, etc...
