    Thumbs up Winter Restoration Project

One of my winter resto projects is going to be rescaling this seven razor set by C Myers & Son - Sheffield

As it stands now, we will use a block of black/white ebony for the scales and "A" Fancy walnut for the wedges and hopefully nickel/silver pins for aesthetic value.

The blades are 13/16" but one of them is chipped so that one will come down to 6/8 for sure after honing. Shame..........

I have another seven day set by Hill & Son, 4 Haymarket. The word "ENGLAND" is not on the tang if someone wants to date this set. The Hill & Son set will need next to no resto. The blades are intact as are the scales. The date on the wooden case is 1923. My father was 6 years old at that time.

Please post your razor sets so we can all enName: IMGP4102.jpg

I guarantee that I will post pics. I definitely want this resto to come to fruition. I merely need to get some nickel/silver rod. All the other materials are in stock. The rest is just doing it.
