Thread: Kings Pride Razor New scales by donjcschilde

A rather new member of the forums as I understand it just got a hold of one of my razors for a rescale and buff and what I got in return was AMAZING! donjcschilde is a WOOD fanatic and when I saw a few options from what he had available I knew I wanted some folded maple for my razor! He got my razor cleaned it up and spoke to me every step of the way through the new pieces. Any incite I had or requests he was right there to do exactly what I wanted. The scales ended up being folded maple with 2 specialty pins at the bottom. Top pin is a removable if blade ever needed to come out. The coolest part IMO is that the scales are 1 piece they are all CA'ed together. I am EXTREAMLY HAPPY with his work and will not hesitate to send more work his way when I get new razors!!!! Hope others feel the same after seeing this! I have posted pics of the origional and the new scales to see the difference!!
