Thanked: 0"Newbee" from Wisconsin with a few questions regarding my straight razor...
Hey guys\gals.... MY name is Gambler and am somewhat new to "vintage" shaving including straight razors... I picked up a "Buck Brother" straight razor from an estate sale and Im thinking it needs quite a bit of work for restoration and honing... It came in a "H.Boker & Co box... after doing a bit of research I was wishing it was a Boker haha.... My question is where can I send this for a good honing and restoration? Like I said Im VERY new to all of this but am excited to get started.... Thanks!!!

Hi and welcome to SRP.
There are many great restorers on this site.
Check in the classifieds for ads they have put in there.
Otherwise you could just browse around the forum and look at all the posts where the resto work is being showed off.
I'm sure you'l find someone who can tell you if it is worth spending money on, and how much a restore will be.
Good luckBjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....
