Thanked: 94I couldnt honestly give a rats fart if the razor has the box. I understand collecting, but im in this for the shave and the history! I never collected toys that had to stay in their packaging, why would I start now
box's are cool, but unless the blade is unusable, the razor never goes back

Wish I could find an 86 in 45-70 for just north of $100.......course, my father was just barely born in the 50s........

But touché on the finely made part of your comment. Possibly on the same level as finely made is consistently made. W&B and others are now highly regarded because they most generally are good shavers and everyone knows that. Some gold dollars are, some aren't. Of course, like anything else, that's a huge simplification.
