I buy brass rod at Ace hardware. 1.79 for a 3 pack.
If you have the time you can sometimes find washers there too.

    Also, microfasteners.com is good people.

I bought my pin stock at Hobby Lobby and my washers through Microfastener.

There's a guy on the bay that sells brass rod and washers. Around $12 for enough to do 6 razors.

Hobby Lobby, in Austin, sells packs of brass, copper and (I think also) nickel rod that are perfect for pinning razors. There should be one in Houston. They have solid and hollow rods from I think 1/16th up to 1/8th, in 32nd increments or something like that. Less than 5 bucks for a pack of a few feet of rod. I haven't seen washers there, but they do have thin little brass and copper sheets that you could use if you don't mind stamping out your own washers.

+1. Hobby Lobby has them and has a 40% off coupon you can use. They publish it online almost every week.
