Thanked: 995The concept is good, but imagine trying to hold the steel still to get a good hollow grind going when your knees are constantly getting in the way. Probably good enough for a lawn mower blade, but I'm not sure about a razor.

It doesn't work as well as the one you posted I'm sure. Gears would have been a much better way to go about it. The belt slips if you apply too much pressure, which I like to consider as a safety feature. lol. But it serves to give me a thirty minute break from handsanding a couple times per session. The rest is just a little shelf I got from Goodwill, screwed to the deck.
