That is a most impressive drawing. Someday we will be able to design anything we want, and "print" it out as a sort of electrolytically-milled hologram in hardened steel. I hope I am still young enough to care.
Turbocad Designer 18 can both open and save in DXF format, but I would check up on any earlier version. On opening a DWG drawing and saving as DXF, a warning appears that it may not save all Turbocad features. But on a cursory trial I can't see which, and I think it may only apply to some that aren't needed for simple 2D work.

And this is what I ended up with! I didn't do every pattern this time, but I think the others will be making an appearance shortly!
For those keeping track, that was six major revisions, 5 in less than 36 hours, which included maybe 12-15 minor adjustments and suggestions and changes.
CAD design credits and certain design elements credited to Cody Carlson.
Thanks again for all the offers of help. It's stuff like this that make SRP great. I hope some day to be able to make such a huge contribution to someone!

You can already '3D print' in metal using direct metal laser sintering - I suggest checking it out on YouTube - it's the manufacturing of the future!

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response. Did you make further progress(grinding etc.) on them? Btw, your message box is full.
Thanks.
