Thanked: 5Scales
Hey all I am looking for a place where I can buy some white or black scales (horn or Micarta). My guy in CT is no longer there and I am at a loss. If anyone is selling or knows where to buy some please let me know.
Thanks

Thanked: 13249At the top of this sub-forum aka "The Workshop" there is this thread, that pretty much has everything in one spot, not all of it but more than enough for the DIY'r to get started and more...

Thanked: 5Thank you very much for the link, but I was looking for material. I have already made some straight razor scales and am looking for bulk Micarta, ivory, bone or horn in white or black in sheets or pre cut to shape so I can scrimshaw them and sell it for the holiday season. If you have any sugestions that would be great.
Thanks

Thanked: 39I had a similar question a few days ago.
Texas knife making supply (something like that) has a good selection of all necessary materials. I've ordered from them and they are easy to do business with.
There is another site called alpha knife supply. They have a much better selection of G10 and Micarta, plus bone, etc. I haven't ordered from them.
