the rivets are small stainless, tap the shaft out of rivet and drill with 1/16" drill bit, they have a OD of 3/32" so drill the scale pivot to that dia hole ,tap in the rivet an grind off excess,this creates a collar and washer in one piece, to give added strength to rthe pivot area
