Now just because I'm an audio guy and baby my ears like a mom who puts a helmet on their kid in the stroller.....do you wear ear protection? ;-)

I only wear ear protection at the sink, when, for example, I'm shaving with a giant 8/8 or 9/8 monster earlobe chopper. :-) :-)

I am a firm believer in the old addage " All things in moderation". Like most other human beings I am more moderate in some than others.

I do wear a respirator now and I didn't use to and always eye protection. You can breathe some bad stuff doing what we do. it is much easier to wear the respirator than suffer later on.
