Thanked: 114A Fresh Perspective and New Year’s Resolution
I have always religiously worn eye protection, but up until recently I’ve been fairly loose about wearing respirators. But a few months back I became religious about always wearing a quality respirator each and every time I enter the workshop. No exceptions.
This week I had an epiphany …….....if I’m anal about protecting my eyes and fastidious about not polluting my lungs, isn’t it stupid of me if I continue to pollute and pickle the rest of my body by not eating healthy. Being picky about keeping the smallest of pollutants out of my lungs has given me a new perspective about keeping “pollutants” out of my pie hole. After all, clean lungs don’t really matter much if clogged arteries lead to a heart attack, right?
Anyhow, I know this post is not razor related, but I thought I’d share nevertheless. Perhaps this epiphany is just what I need to kick off a healthy living New Year’s resolution.

Thanked: 114I only wear ear protection at the sink, when, for example, I'm shaving with a giant 8/8 or 9/8 monster earlobe chopper. :-) :-)

I am a firm believer in the old addage " All things in moderation". Like most other human beings I am more moderate in some than others.
I do wear a respirator now and I didn't use to and always eye protection. You can breathe some bad stuff doing what we do. it is much easier to wear the respirator than suffer later on.
