Thread: Peening material stock?

There's certainly something to be said for the adage, "Work smarter not harder."

I guess my thought is that you are paying more per foot for your brass nails than for 1/16" brass rod. Mine was less than $3 for 6 feet. Can't really beat that. As for making your own washers, Microfasteners has them so cheap, I wonder if you'd be chasing your tail making them yourself. But hey, it's your party, if you want to make them go for it.
