It just occured to me ... can you IMAGINE the "Honey-do" list Josh is going to have after getting this beauty? Hell, he's never going to have time to shave with all the projects: Clean the garage, paint the house, change the oil in the wife's car, clean the garage again due to the oil spill, install new carpet in the livingroom, install second carpet in livingroom because first carpet looked better in the showroom .... Man, I'm already feelin' sorry for the guy, he's gonna wish he'd asked for a package of Bic disposables! :roflmao
Two more photos. The first shows the relative size next to a standard 5/8 blade. The second is honing the booger. I used electrical tape so there wouldn't be hone marks on the spine.

Did you give it a test shave?
I didn't say you had to shave your face. A stray cat would do, or given the size of the razor a cow would work. After you are done shaving the cow you could butcher it with the razor :roflmao
Bill, I'm left with two questions:
1) How did you pin it?
2) Even though you didn't give it an ST, what are your impressions on how it honed up?
Bill, I am watching the photos of the finished razor with my jaw hanging open. I am sure I will manage to get it closed eventually but it will take some time. The result is stunningly beautiful.
I must admit that when I look at your work of art I don't feel inspired. It is like watching someone walk on water. The sense is that of awe and disbelief, not inspiration. :bow
