Default Taylor Eye Witness Wedge in Cherry Burl

I had this razor for a while, but I just got around to cleaning it up. I have a few before pictures somewhere, when I find them I will post them also.

The washers are homemade. I used a stamp punch to make them, but I am not happy with them (first attempt, so time and practice is needed to make better ones I guess). I have some collars and washers incoming, I plan on repinning this razor then.

I am very happy with the scales. I cut this curl down a few months ago, sliced blanks from it and let it dry out. Only minor checking and cracking to a few of the blanks. I used some left over bone for the spacer (also not too happy with it), when the new pinning supplies arrive I will likely reshape the spacer into a wedge.

I used a clear arcylic finish (6 coats) - sanded from 320-1200 progression, finished with some turtle wax. Lastly I think I am going to have my friend shoot the pictures from now on - I suck with a camera, and she is a professional photographer. No brainer really.
