    Default Best glue for felt

I have been making razor boxes and shaving boxes and lining them with felt. I was wondering what is the best (easiest to use ) glue for that. The glue I am using now is messy (spray can ) and requires a lot of clean up. Anyone know of a glue that can be brushed on that will not bleed through?

I used double sided carpet tape on my paddle strop and works great, going strong for a year now.

Double sided carpet tape comes in various "stickiness". The high priced stuff is so strong it should last a lifetime but is it waterproof?.
The brush on contact ( rubber) cement would be even stronger and waterproof.
