    Default Renaissance Metal De Corroder

    I was looking on there web site and they have something called metal De-Corroder it says it ruptures the bond between the rust and the metal has anyone ever used any of this?

    Yes.
    I soaked a razor in the stuff, first 1/2 hr, then 1hr and so forth.
    It does remove the oxidation but it leaves the blade dark grey - which I had to remove using something (slightly) abbrasive, which kind of defeated the purpose of the experiment.
    But I may have been using it in the wrong way.
