    Default Horn Scales...Originally Black, now is worn with brown spots

    I know that horn responds well to warmth and neatsfoot oil for rejuvenation, but I've never heard anyone talk about the color of the horn needing restored.

    I have a few razors that are horn (I think) that need restoration. They appear to have been dyed black originally. Is there a way to get them back to their original color?
