I got mine from microfasteners when I got the stainless and brass ones - they are expensive though.
I used them on a razor I rescaled in clear acrylic just to keep the look.
They are still working fine.

They have them, I bought some for replacing them on the "Customs" that I get in from time to time to work on, they are very handy for razors that were built with spacers rather then wedges...
They do wear down rather quickly when compared to the longevity of Brass bearing washers, and are more suited to the Torx bolts and Nuts and Bolts set ups then to peened pins...
If you are getting the hint that I am less then impressed with them you would be right
