Default White specks in CA finish?

    Hey guys, quick question.
I am doing my first restore and making a set of lace wood scales with a CA finish. I am having white specks show up in my finish. Any ideas on this? I am using Gorilla Super Glue. I have done 3 coats to establish a base and started sanding with 400 grit (didn't have any 320). As I've started sanding, wiping clean with thinner, and coating. When the fresh coat is drying is when little white specks appear. I have read the stickies and am trying to follow. Any advice is appreciated.

A couple of things: the coatings should be really thin, and rockhard before you attempt to sand. You'll need more than 3 imo.
I also wouldn't use thinner. Just wipe them down with a rag.
