That is fantastic work, all the exact same. Great work, i really love it!!!!!

Any problems separating or removing the double stick tape?

After I rough cut them, they looked like this:



Next step was to double-sided tape them all together.



This allowed me to get a matching profile on all 7 sets.



After that, I seperated them out in pairs.



And then proceeded to thin them out to around .22" for both scales. (This is before any shaping is done, so, the end product was closer to .10" each)



After that, I drilled the holes!

IMHO, it isn't hard to get them apart but some of the sticky goo might be left on some of them & some alcohol or Goo Gone will get it off. I use double sided sticky tape when I make scales so that they will match one side to the other.

Not so much with alcohol, but I'd be afraid of Goo Gone soaking in and staining porous material.

I doubt it would but you can always test it on a scrap piece of bone. If you don't use the wedges that were supplied with them, you could try it o that.
